Background

When I was doing another project called Catat Utang V2, I was given the opportunity to explore and made any improvements necessary. I took the chance and decided to look at our research repository and our Play Store review. There I found some problems with a recommendation that needs to be validated.

Therefore, I decided to initiate an improvement project.

Problem Statement

Based on the research, the problem that I found is as follows.

📉 Low adoption rate and retention rate in Catat Utang feature

One of the research recommendations was to create an agent diary, in hopes that agents would be motivated to use our feature.

Agents thought it would be better if we have a shortcut to record the debt right after the transaction is finished.

Goals

Brainstorming

Visual Report

How might we increase the adoption rate and retention rate through an agent diary?

Based on the previous research recommendation, an agent diary is supposed to help agents keep track of their sales records. Their sales record includes the data from Catat Utang (debt record). Since the concept of an agent diary is not yet defined, we plan to create a visual report for Catat Utang as it fits our context.

Shortcut

How might we help agents to record the debt easily so that they don’t forget?

Currently, agents need to click the Catat Utang menu and add the debt record. This action doesn’t have any in-app reminders. To minimize the possibility of agents forgetting to record their customers’ debt, we plan to create a shortcut for agents to record the debt right after the transaction is finished.
